Then alot of PL theory will be useless to you, as it develops lock out strength (ie board presses and such), so employing many forms of PL theory would only help with equipped competition. Also, unless you plan to actually compete at some point, you should probably do raw PL competitions unless by all of the equipment isn't a problem.
What I recommend is doing compound PL movements for 1-6 reps schemes. Alot of guys in PLing don't use the legpress, but I think it develops good "bottom of the barrel" strength, if that makes any sense. Beside, leg pressing is great for glute ham tie ins. Try some isometrics, dynamic effort (speed training, plyos and balistic reps). BAsically, anything you think that might be designed for lockout, just dump it. If you have questions about individual exercises or routines, ask away. A couple of questions about the usefullness of individual exercises should give you an idea of what you are looking to employ and conversely, dump.
