yeah the double ply suit with briefs is insane, i cant get 600lbs any lower than a 1/4 squat with multi ply gear. going tobe honest, i dont llike squating in multiply gear, i dont feel safe, i feel like iam using weight that is more than i can handle,

also im trying to do the competitions and i went ahead and ordered the gear that you guys have told me to buy also i bought the titan f6 bench shirt. And i had bought the new titanium knee wraps from titan also. I was wondering how much practice this stuff is going to need for me to actually be able to get used to it for the competitions?

the real key is learning how to train with gear, it is a whole different world than training raw. look at some drug free lifters program that use single ply gear.checkout the usapl forum. the f6is a good shirt, but the kitana a/s is much better, if you have an exta $50 i would order that shirt instead
