Westside/Strength Training Books
I will be starting a modified westside powerlifting routine this fall and I'm considering purchasing some books off the westside/elite website.. I want to get some not only to help me with my PL routine, but also because I love reading and learning about the physiology (sp?) of strength training and muscle growth. Anyone know if its worth spending the money on? There are a ton of books there and I'm wondering which I should get... and if they will cover THAT MUCH MORE info than what I can find at deepsquatter and the westside site already online... Thanks.

NightOp, I'm on WSB right now and it's fucking awsome!
I have about 4 1/2 weeks left. Some of the lifts are different, but they work.

The "SuperTraining" Book covers all of the reasons why WSB works. For simple WSB info, I would go to www.elitefts.com and read the articles.
