    That isnt 225 its more like 100 thats not even a weighted bar.....

    Doc, I believe he's pushing somewhere around the 300 mark, but, I will ask one of my friends who knows him very well.

    tell me about it, the first bench contest i went to, when i was a teen, the weights were in klios, i wanted 303lbs on the bar and it looked like 135lbs normaly would, well whe i went to press, it sure didnt fel like 135lb when it was paused on my chest!

    Is there a record with 225 and 315. I think I have heard of nfl players doing 30 w/225 and a guy from team muscle tecj doing 50 w/225.

    not an officialone that i know of,but there just was a meet last wk where a whole bunch of guys like brian siders and joe mazza competed for reps using weights from 225 to 405, check out powerlifting watch.com for details
