Bulking Or Cutting
hey fellows,
which one would your rather accomplish first, bulking or cutting? I know some guys prefer to bulk first then when they get right weight and size, then they starting cutting. one the other some guys would cut first, then after they comfortable with their image, then they bulking. what do u think is better first?

I think it depends on what BF % you are at. If you are at or above 15% don't even think about bulking or you probably won't like what you look like when you get finished...

how would u measure ur current BF? what makes u think it all depends on the level of BF? in case what did u do first, bulking or cutting?
hey bro..keep it simple I don't intend to get u at into any technical jargons that involve anobolic steroid , and get us banned. just keep it simple.

I used to be a scrawny 200lbs. I bulked up first naturally and then with the help of M1T to a HUGE 290lbs. I had to have been over 20% BF. I didn't even want to get myself tested but I didn't feel good. I weighed in at 113kg (248lbs) this morning and I feel fantastic! I'm at about 14-15% BF now and I plan on dropping to 11-12% before I even think of bulking again. Please trust me, it doesn't feel good.

yeah script that makes more sense. ur obviousl big from ur avatar, and m1T def isnt powerfull enough to put on a ton of weight to a big guy like you. but congrats on the hard work!

well you wanna bulk right??? do a test only cycle at 500 mg a week. that will get you great results if you know how to train and eat, and know pct.

yeeeeeah....sure. that ones fine. ur lucky they changed it to fruit punch. the cinnamon one was so strong i almost didnt wanna take it.

B-side, the illegal steroids I'm familier with almost looks like cooking o-i-l, but somewhat less denser.
The stuff u see in the picture could instead make u act she-male,
I ain't feeling like taking estrogen and stuff like that.

that clomid, for pct. that warning is on there SO THEY CAN SELL IT OVER THE ITNERNET. theyr guidelines when enterign the site is your usuing it for labratory research....

I am ready to bulk-n-cut, but I gotta do it the right way: proper dieting, training workouts that target the right places of the body, and good supplements. I did one cycle before of Reforbit-B back in 2001. But because I never exercise right at the time, and didn't eat well either, I never since good results which I also partly blame it on my employment hours. I was at the job then 10 hrs a day. Not to good if u have extra curruculum activities such as bulking or cutting....You feel me !!!
But this time I gotta do it right. I have got my plan well lay out. I have got my goals well stipulated which include training lessons, how to diet, exercise and what supplements to use. I have got some creatine, glutiamines and pounds of two flavored whey proteins that supports my strategy. But I gotta get the right "gear", do u feel me? If I was in San Diego I will figure my way around to Mexico, But I'm faraway in the Midwest, what do u think I should do?

leader, obviously you hve no idea what you are doing or talking about, go do ALOT and i mean a HELL of ALOT of research instead of asking questions like this that dont have an answer
