1ton hooks or similar deadlift hook product question
hi bros.
i recent busted up my hand and required reconstuctive surgery with 2 bars, 6 pins. i'll be in a cast for 2 months and wont be able to grip anything for 3. the thought of not doing any power exercises or pulling moves for that long is driving me nuts. i'm one week out of surgery an already lost 8lbs. my back is going to shrivel up. ive gotta find a solution.
i've used wrist straps at times in the past, but those still require some use of the fingers.
i found this product online and wonder if anyone has ever used it or something similar:
1Ton Hooks
anyone know if that thing is big enough to fit around a cast?
or safe to use without crushing the plaster and f*#king me up again?
could i fix them to my forearms right and left and go from there?
any other suggestions?
thanks in advance.

my advice is if you are thisbanged up, just take time away from the deadlift, just do a whole lot of variations of other leg movements instead and some good mornings
