Well i got all pumped up to try 4 plates again for the first time in 5 months since my surgery. i got all pumped and i did it easy without any spot help. very clean couldnt ask for better. all the way down touched the chest and back up. almost even thought about doing it twice but was to excited and theres always another day..

yes it was raw dont do it any other way all the way down touch the chest and all the way to full extension. shirts are weak.. no spot help either. no my surgery was i got my apendex out (however its spelled) after that i lost all my gains strength and weight wise. but now im back at 205 and have my strength where i like it.

oh for some reason i thought it had to do with hand placement on the rings of the bar......i guess im lost lol

Not lost as much lost as just not familiar with powerlifting.
