if they are in a powertec add, wouldnt it be fair to assume they were powertech plates?
I asked them, and they said they can't remember the brand, cause they don't sell olympic platesOriginally Posted by Doc.Sust

and i saw IVANKO plates on another powertec bench, these other plates must be expensive too,to be showed on the page, and that brand must compete with IVANKO i think!
ivanko plates are the best in the buddiness, expensive, for myself, i just bought all black regular plates for my gym, no fancy shite, they all work the same
i have similar plated in my school gym, i personally dont like them. you cant fit as many on each side of the bar and they are really oily when they are new and made your hands really slippery.
i dont like them at all myself, even worse are the octagon platesOriginally Posted by number twelve

when you deadlift, they hist the floor and the bar rolls out of the groove on every reps. they are just akward and clumsy. i wouldnt pay a nickel for one of those plates,Originally Posted by BNK
I hate fancy plates that don't serve the powerlifter's purpose. If a powerlifter can use it, it is a good plate. Otherwise, they shouldn't be made. Let not gimmicks be the standard of the plate!
