    Reverse grip Bench

I have been toying with reverse grip benching. I like the amount of control I get with it and the explosion I get off the bottom. This technique seems to draw more out of my bench shirt. Is it legal in any major federations? What is your opinion of the technique? My only fear is on the lift off...if your spotters lose control, you are screwed.

Are they legal in most feds? RJ, when you have the bar in your hands, is it perfectly in line with your forearms. The mechanics of it should take pressure off the wrists (because of the angle) and allow you to use more back, tris, bis and chest. Technique is a s.o.b. if you are used to convetional benching.
