    congrats to artica for making top 100 in the usa 165lb class

    congrats buddy!, he placed in the top 40 in all 3 lifts and top 20 in the total please correct me if i am wrong , i am sure you know the specicifcs.everyone pleae give him a some props for his accomplishment.

    good job Artica!!! I had the pleasure of meeting him last year at Sr. Nationals in Vegas... hell of a guy and a great lifter!

    he is a good man. we have done some sale and trades with equipment, always on top of his game, and a great "hagler" as well! LOL

    yeah, sorry bud, been off the boards a bit even on mine own board. The meet I have coming up and work etc.... is becoming a load enough. Now that the meet is three weeks away Im beginning to dial it down a notch so more time on the evenings

    455-465 bench
    625-635 deadlift

    the bench is my vice, I have a few people working with me on getting me the right shirt to finally work with my long stroke and so far the shirts are working as they should Im just not breaking them in properly from nagging tender elbows which limit the load right now.

    Those are some very impressive lifts for a 165lb guy. Hell, they are impressive for a 230+lb guy.

    hey peteyk and everyone, thanks for the kind words. Im 5'6"...
