I was doing deads at the gym today and 1 of the powerlifters come up to me and starts asking what my goals are and if ive ever considered to competive in PL.
We start to talk and what can i say, he sold the idea to me :)
Now im planing on doing my first BB show in december next year, how much would competing in PL halter my plans? Strength for symmetri so to say?

I dont think PL would alter your bodybuilding plans too much
I know a couple of bodybuilders who powerlift too,
They do powerlifting based workouts for Bench, squat, dead and bodybuilding type accessory workouts for shoulders, biceps, calfs, forearms, tricepts, legs, ect.
