depends. if you dehydrated to make weight, i drink alot of pedialite, water, i eat ALOT as well, i try to not eat to many bad carbs, try to stick with the low glycemic carbs, you have to carb replenish, but be careful. to many carbs will make you very sleepy and lethargic. also dont over eat, i have done this before, you dont want to amke yourself sick, after the weigh in continue to eat until you go to sleep, but eat multiple smaller portions instead of one giant meal. i stick with detour bars, sushi, roast beef and swiss sandwiches(home made, not arbys crap), steak, small ammt of potatos, bannanas, stawberries.

Thanks for the help. That's basically what I follow but wanted to find out what everyone else does. Alot of the times I will eat some pancakes the night before. The morning of I usually eat soem fruit and oatmeal. I snack on granola bars and bananas during the meet.

I had a little push/pull meet today where I was so much worried about my weight (weighed in at 290). I did a 12 week bulking diet (5500 calories). I gainied about 30 lbs. I found out about it on Monday. I actually did better than I expected.

    Bench - 535
    Deads - 730

I know what you mean. When I first began powerlifting I didn't really pay alot of attention to my diet. My first meet I loaded up on sugar the night before and the morning of the meet. I was fine until the bench came around. I puked everywhere and bombed out of the meet. I learned my lesson that day.
