Sorry if I sound like and idiot asking such an elementary question, lol. I was wondering about how fast/slow I should be moving the weight. Should I be lowering the weight slowly and then powering it up quickly, should I be pausing on any of the lifts, this was not covered in the article you posted, thanks.

move the weight as quick as you can concentric an ecentric. slow eccentric wont make you any stronger. dont have to pause on anyhting unless you are trining for a max with a pause(like the press in a contest situ) . if you are not training for a meet, do it touch an go

I will, Ive never done a powerlifting routine before, so Im excited. I want to try this cuz Im at a sticking point and I need to break through it, I want to actually follow a program instead of just doing my own thing ya know, Im taking a week off from training and then Im going to start, cheers.

On the tenth week when I do my max lifts am I going to use the same schedule as week 8/9 just with 100% for max effort lifts? do I still use 60% for all other excersises? And can I start the program right from the beginning the very next week?

no just max out on the lifts this wk, no other work needs to be done. imyself woud than take the next wk as a recovery wk and just do some lighter exercise and than the follwing wk, start it back up.
