    Question New Bench press routine to post

    I have an old bench press routine that I recently found. Used it back in high school to get a 335 pound bench press at 197 pounds. I may have actually gotten more, can't remember.

    It has a chart to go off of and consists of 7 weeks. Two bench days per week with negatives, mullti sets, and failure tests.

    Is it ok to post it without giving credit. I don't know who it is by.

    i don't see why it would be a problem, i kind of want to see it after you said you hit 335 when you were 197.
