    Glad to be on AR.

    Well, PLJay threatened me with bodily harm if I didn't start posting here. So last night during box squats he threatened me again. So I stood up tall, got nose to nose with him, flared my lats as wide as possible and with the meanest look I could muster I said... OK, sure. PLJay can be very convincing sometimes.

    Seriously though, I'm glad to be here. From what I see, so far, there are some very experienced and knowledgeable powerlifters here. I've had nothing but good experience with Westside training so I'll be glad to answer any questions. And for those of you who don't know, PLJay and I built a reverse hyper to retrofit our power rack. If you want the specs and a drawing, let me know and I'll e-mail them to you.
