3x3 training whilst on cycle
I've done the 3x3 training program a few times with great success
But was thinking.....
What alterations should be made if you are practicing this method of training whilst on cycle?
Your strength is going to increase from the gear as well as the weights, so, what (if anything) should be changed?
Should the percentages be higher?

no. increase you maxes. dont increase the percents
