    the guy who filmed this trains with me on saturdays. both of us travel to a gym about an hour away from where we live so we can have access to a monolift so we dont have to walk out weights like this guy did. as you can see from the video, walking out this much weight can turn out very badly. this is the exact reason i believe all federations should use monolifts to make it safer for the lifter.
