Use the Sheiko, 3X3 or 5X5 routines. They will definitely put some mass on you. Ten years of bodybuilding should have prepared you for the volume. I love Sheiko for putting on lean mass and breaking plateaus but you have to be careful with it or you can seriously overtrain. He has a specific bench routine I recommend but I like Metal Militia also. Good luck.

Give Docs raw SQ and DL rotines a run along with his version of Kennellys raw bench program,so far as secondary and assisstance i would do up the volume too increase hypertrophy,Thats what i would do
