i was wondering if anybody can suggest any books on powerlifting, most i find are for BB..

i'm not a beginier in the weightroom. i bench 2.25 times my body weight un-equip and drug free. but most of that has been by dumb luck with my work outs and a good body to work with.... and i would say the last 60lbs i have added to my bench in the last year i accredit to people like Doc sust and RJ and many others for the advice they have given me and other people i have gone behind and read..

i'd like a book that would teach me more about training my CNS and work outs that support the big three..
