I was doing decline tonight for assistance after speed bench for my triceps..
usually my progression will look like this..
135x 6, 145 x6, 155 x6, 165x6 ... today i was using my new wider grip and proceeded to go.
135 x 6, 155 x6, 175 x6, 185 x 6. ....
im thoroughly amazed and "befuddled" at my accomplishment. Im thinking now that when i get in a a good shirt, i should hit 205 easily, because my triceps got strong all of a sudden
