Good mornings are a great exercise to increase youir dead a well as stiff legged deads. Since you are new to PL doing the DL itself to get the form down is useful as well. Just don't do it to failure ,keep the reps low and reset after every rep betwen like 3-6 reps.

like GRIMMER said, if you're that tall then you're going to have to be alot bigger if you plan on doing much in competition. the guys that are 6'2" are near the 275-300 mark. it's tough being in the same class as a guy who is 6 inches shorter.

Don't let it get you down. 3 years ago, I was 212 lbs and deadlifting 365 for 1 rep. Now, I am 245 and deadlifting 545+ for one rep.
It will come. Everyone STARTS somewhere. Good luck.

do not worry
If you keep working, then you will get stronger... I am 190 and best I have done is 630. I started in 1996 with a 475 pull... Just work hard..

Hey man like everyone else said it's a good start. I would really take GRIMM's advice bout the GM's to some people they are a scary excercise (they were to me after pulling a muscle in my lower back) but you just have to overcome that THEY'RE GREAT. Ur DL will get up there just for right now since your just starting on DE days you can do 8 singles with 60% of ur 1RM.
Isquat700 ur BW is only 190 how are your other lifts???ARE you close to reaching ELITE or have you already??
