    Time to get it on

Well, the training is done and the weight has to fall off now.

The Power Station Pro-Am is days away, I came down with poison oak from working out on my yard and I have a gnarly rash on my ribcage and abs, Ive been on a medrol pack for three days and one of it's side effects is water retention. Not exactly, a perk, when your trying to cut weight. Regardless, no time to dwell and Im not the give me pitty type.

Im good to go, I'll get my water off me one way or another and make weight. Simple as that, bloating is easy so no worries there. LET'S GO!

Thanks to Doc. Sust. for his tremendous support. The dude is as solid as they get.

I'll report the following week, post meet.

Im a 165lber open pro class

I don't aim for numbers. too unpredictable.
My last meet I had a squat of 749, bench of 463 and deadlift of 644.

This meet, let it all hang out after openers. Only time will tell ;-)

Great numbers.. I started powerlifting in the 148 class.. ( or 142, cant remember).. I now weigh 184. I know strength wise I could never compete at this weight class. Im afraid to drop weight and look small again.. :shrug

    Good luck to ya:
