    1. Buffalo Bar Carpet Press w/ a pointer on smooth grip: 45x3x3, 135x3x3, 185x3, 225x3, 245x1 (old PR), 275x1 (30lb PR), 280xMiss

    2. EZ Curl Bar Extensions: 110x4x8
    3. Lat Pull-Downs: 130x2x12, 130x2x10
    4. One Arm Cable Pushdowns: 35x4x5 each arm
    5. DB Shrugs: 95'sx4x15
    6. Standing Abs: 70x4x15

    great job on the PR !!!

    how do you like the carpet presses compared to the boards?

    With the amount of carpet we use, they are about the same as a two board press, in terms of height. But with the way the carpet compresses, I think it is a tad closer to being more like a comp. bench; in that the bar must be pasued at the carpet or it will continue to sink into the carpet.

    nice PR. the days where i go over a 10 lb PR, i feel awesome. actually scratch that ANY PR is awesome. i have not tried the carpet press before. i might give it a whirl.

    I was gonna ask whats the reason for the carpet press. But you already answered it. Good job on the PR. 30lbs is worth going out and celebrating. I dont get 30lbers anymore!
