Advice For A Newbie
im looking to start powerlifting,im a pretty big guy and ive always admired the guys who do it..people at the gym say it would more suit my frame as im not overly cut.is there any advice on how to set my workout also what type of things i should aim for?
anything you think would help

I would have a good read on the above stickys. There is alot of great info there. You will have to modify the workouts to suit your needs. Its alot of info to digest, as I am having a bit of trouble trying to tailor fit the workouts to fit my needs.

can you tell us a litle more details about your gaols for us to help you???
what are your strengths and weakness?
what are you aiming to get to strength wise?
are you looking to be ungodly strong or just more core strength?
do u want to have a great bench, squat, dealift or are you looking more for an over all power

^^^good questions, can i just add one more to them, do you really want to do this for you or just bcoz peepz at the gym say so?, if your heart aint in it well stick to what you want to do.
