    bench shirt(when and what)

i just ordered my first bench shirt. got the stardard blast shirt from inzer. (double ply). had a few questions that hopefully you guys could help me out with.

as of this week i am 7 weeks out from my first push/pull meet. the shirt will hopefully get to me before next monday as that is my bencg meet day. what i was wondering was when do i start training with it. this is what i was told by some friends.

    6 weeks out-3 board touch
    5 weeks out-2 board touch
4 weeks out-1 board touch (these to just break the shirt in)
3 weeks out-bench meet workout with shirt
2 weeks out-bench meet workout with shirt
1 week out-deload, no bench shirt.

would this work for me. being that i am 7 weeks out it sort of limits what i can do so i am trying to come up with the best plan(considering the circumstances)

    this look familiar ?

    6 shirt work,3brd as a secondary
5 shirt work,2 brd and maybe 1 brd (wet the shirt if needed)
4 No shirt, use some raw brd work for secndary work
3 shirt work 1 brd and touch as a secondary (wet the shirt if needed)
    2 Shirt work,touch as a secondary
1 No shirt, deload.Do raw work at no more than 65% of your raw max

Know who I am now? LOL .

people have told me that the rage and rage x is one of those shirts that you absolutly have to hit that stroke i guess you can call it on the way down. friends told me to get a more simple shirt for my first one.

doc sust, you think going with the rage x would be a good choice for my first shirt.
