    DE bench and new PR i think

    SPEED BENCH: 135 bar weight, no bands until next week

    ring finger on power rings: set 1=2.8s, set2= 2.89s, set 3= 2.89s

    middle finger on rings: set 1=2.68, set 2= 2.64, set 3= 2.89

    comp grip:
    set 1 was out of groove set 1=3.7, set 2=3.11, set 3= 3.08


    CLOSE GRIP BENCH: warmups, 175x3, 185x3, 195x3, 200x3 (PR, i think)

    (i knew i had quite a bit more in me but i have a meet in 2 weeks, so i left some in the tank)

    FRONT PLATE RAISES: 45 lb x 15, 45 lb x 10, 35 lb x 10

    actually, the CG bench isnt a new PR, it's just a set PR..i've never done these for 3 reps before. so nevermind about that one

    good workout man we have about the same numbers I'm guessing b/c I use the same amount of weight for DE days and our speed is just about the same.

    yeah, im sure you bench more than me though.. this is only like my 3rd week doing a westside-type program, so my speed should get better soon

    I don't know about that. I mean my last RAW max was 7 weeks ago and I got 305 I don't own a bench shirt so I don't know how much I can do on that. I'm 3 boarding today with doubled minis in the afternoon so i'll be posting my workout and then we'll know how much I do off of that. I know my body and I know if I can do it off a 2 board I can do it RAW. I stil work chest I believe it does help if you want a high raw max.
