575x1 felt like a brick!!!
Then went on to BB extensions warm up to 265x3 kind of hard.
Pushdowns w/mini bands around neck using 210 of weight (the bands are wrapped around my hands twice)
Back, shoulders then outta there.
Jay if you read this I'm making you a video of my lifts up til my meet in November IPA Nationals when done will send them to you. Is this alright?
