Last Wednesday ME workout
It's been awhile since I have been on. I had to redo my whole profile anyway here is my max effort day.

95x5
135x5
185x3
225x3
275x2
365x1 (was going to go for 455 next but felt I needed more warm up so went with 405)
405x1
495x1 felt light
550x1 New PR! by 5lbs.
575x1 felt like a brick!!!
Then went on to BB extensions warm up to 265x3 kind of hard.
Pushdowns w/mini bands around neck using 210 of weight (the bands are wrapped around my hands twice)
Back, shoulders then outta there.
Jay if you read this I'm making you a video of my lifts up til my meet in November IPA Nationals when done will send them to you. Is this alright?

Ya bro good job. You should hit more then you can wth a shirt then you will with greens. So your on track for 600lbs.
That woudl be really cool to see your video. Maybe i can learn a couple things from it to use in our days. I am always looking for new techniques to try.
