    im very inpressed with your results,your a amazing powerlifter,and a brother in Christ.i was hoping you could post your workout routine,back,chest,arms,legs ect and nutrition.if you could it would be greatly appreacated.thanks

    tell me what you think about my current bench routine.keep in mine all i have is basic gym equiment.current bench 320,goal 400.been stuck for 4 months.body weight 187 11%bf

    5 sets of 5 with 235(evey week i go up 5lbs)
    4 sets of flat db for 6-8 rep (80lbs db)
    3 sets of incline db for 10-12 resp(50lbs db)

    do you have any suggestion on what else i could do or not do?

    I think you need to switch your routine up more. I just don't like doing the
    same thing every week. Variation is fun and keeps stimulating more strength/size.

    If you like doing 5 x 5, that's fine, but add more variation.

    Example routine

    1st week
    5 x 5

    2nd week
    3-board press

    3rd week
    floor press

    4th week
    5 x 5

    5th week
    reverse band bp

    6th week
    decline bp

    7th week
    5 x 5

    8th week
    5-board

    Also, their are other factors that can help your increase your bp. Nutrition, rest, bp set-up, recuperation, time,etc.
