    Building A Back

My back has always been a problem for me to grow, so im just wondering(going for mass&size) what would be a good mass building back program that could help me improve...like sets, reps, one or two days to train a week...any useful information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Pull ups ed, 2 pull down lat exercises (different grip), a close and wide grip seated row, t-bar exercise and deads. I like to also add rear delt exercise in also.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html
