Split em up on different days.

Make sure you're isolating your muscle groups and using good form too so you aren't cheating at all and pushing you shoulder press with your chest or vice versa

i have only done bench meets. because that is by far my strongest pound for pound lift. but i plan to very soon do full meets. only because i took years off of doing squat and dead lift.

i realize shoulder press has no real place in powerlifting but its just one of those exersises i love doing. thats why i ask the question..

Depends on where your weak spot is.

If you miss a few inches above the chest, then shoulders are the weak spot and some people believe that OHP can help this. You juat have the find the right balance between doing too much and too little.

Listen to Hauss man. You hit the shoulders so much, presses really aren't needed that close to a meet.

shoulder presses are a waste. they wont help your press. maybe as an auxillary once in a great while with dumbells
