    axle over head press

    anyone ever done axle over head presses. ive seen strongman doing a deadlift grip cleaning axle to chest then untangling their arms then pressing it. im entering a competition end of june, one of the events is axle press increased weight last man standing, anyone have any links or advice on how to train for this and correct technique?

    its called a continental clean. Check out youtube for vids on how to do it. The arnold classic vids of the axel press are excellent. The only way to get better on it is to practice it..
