    Talking WSB active recovery

    who here does the WSB program...and if so what do you do for active recovery...what days do you do it on...

    I follow the WSB protocol, although I only train 3 days/week so I just rotate through. 4 days/week took too much out of me too quick.

    I dont really do much for active recovery or GPP besides work (I do enough manual labour there to count for GPP).

    i do active recovery about every 4 wks. to me it is basically a deload wk. still do the same exercises, less weight and band tension and maybe a some sled pulls

    I also deload every 4-6 weeks (depending on how I feel). Much like the Doc said, same exercises but no maxing out.

    Sometimes I might even skip a session or two as well.

    ok...I'll do a little sled work the next day but that is all...

    Sled work is awesome mate. And if you actually do it rather then just think about doing it (like I do) then your even better off

    that works too...like i don't run but i watch it on tv all the time it's the same thing...
