10/25 Dynamic Effort Sq/Dl
1. Box Squats with Average Bands: 45x3x2, 135x2x2, 155x8x2, 185x2x2, 225x2x1
2. Glute Ham Raise: 3x15, 1x12
3. Rev. Hypers: 370x4x12
4. Stability Ball Spread Eagle Sit-up's: 45x4x10
I need to work on being more aggressive during my training

good workout I feel ya on the aggresive bro
although I like to help my girl train I just can't get mad around her and when I try to she looks at me and says "Oh don't give me that look, or here we go again with the rage"
She complains that I rage too much in the gym, BUT YOU must know that on ME days you kinda have too.
Do you have pics of your SQ set ups with avg bands??

We slip knot the bands around the base of the mono-lift.

yea i don't have one of those I just have a bench i'ma try and get in the gym one day and in the power rack find out how I can set it up, and I'll jus bench in the power rack. HELL 65% of workouts in the gym are in their anyway. People say I hog it to others but don't have the guts to tell me.
