ive pulled a muscle in my bicep somehow, am i safe to deadlift, i deadlifted couple of days ago and it was very painful when lifting heavy. i dont mind going through pain as long as there isnt risk of tearing it?

no its not safe. let that shit heal.
any idea how long this sort of injury takes to heal?
its hard to tell hoss. hopefully not more than 2 weeks or so....
dont stress it though. short breaks like this can often be very beneficial and help your total recovery. try to stay positive and patient.
ok thanks. had 2 weeks off before a comp i did sat, pulled my bicep and been off all this week besides 2 days ago deadlifting. annoying
