    anyone into strongman ?

    Ya I would like to know if anyone is into strongman not just power liftting,and can anyone help me train for one or even a power liftting meet.I work out in texas city there are a bunch of small pretty boys and not a one hard corp lifters.So I need someone to tray with or some help from some of you

    read up on westside first. @ www.elitefts.com

    there are many threads on this board of example workouts although right on that site there's a 9 week basic program so you can just follow that and your set for your first 9 weeks. About strongman I believe over on www.elitefitness.com there are two guys that compete in strongman

    Go to the power and bulk forums. They hate chrome and fern gym dwellers as much as you. Quite a few highland games participants there, and good powewrlifters.
