Bench shirt
How much does a bench suit really add to a persons max bench? Ive seen people using them and they are throwing up more weight than what seems practical.

depends on what ply u use..
but as a guide (a very rough guide) i would say anywhere from 75-150lbs per ply

Ive seen guys put up 200 pounds if not more with a bench shirt but its not like u just put it on and u magicly put up all this weight. They take alot of practice and getting used to.

if you dont have a strong raw bench it doesnt matter. you got to be as strong as your gear if not you r goin to find whats weak on your body real quick. that and you r goin to be real inconsistant on big lift if your shirt is alot stronger than you

I do not understand the point of a bench shirt. If you're not doing it raw, you're not really lifting it (IMO).
Do they have squat pants?

depends on the person. i maybe can squeeze 200 pounds out of a double ply shirt and i dont think that is great. i have friends that are SHW that get 300- 400 out of the shirt. a well known powerlifter friend of mine hits 900 and presses about 500 raw
