    The criticalbench.com routine

criticalbench.com claims to have a routine that says you can put 50lbs onto your bench max in 10 weeks (or close to 10 weeks)...

has anyone here seen their routine? anyone tried it? any thoughts on it?

nothing can promise 50lbs. but lot of people have done the program and liked it. if u search on this forum a guy posted his routine when he did it, and i believe i remember him saying he liked it..
but before paying look at the workouts posted by doc sus at the top of the forum, or read threads . there are better ones out there,, the progrm u are speaking of is very basic progrm that you could find better for free

shoot i think i was the guy that did it.

back when i did it i had big hopes for the program but it pretty much just got me back to where i was (before i got lazy and stopped working out.)

depending on your exp. level i would suggest against it unless this is the first time you ever have got on a serious routine.

I have done the same routine. Its good at getting you back to where you were if there was a long layoff but for someone in top shape who is used to lifting heavy and for gains I imagine it would do little to nothing short of ruining your current training schedule
