What is a respectable lift for 165 pounder?

What is a respectable lift for 165 pounder? bench raw, squat with belt, and deadlift with belt and strap.

    250x2 bench
    315x4 Squat
    405x2 Deadlift

Just wonder how I match up. I don't train like a powerlifter.

I am 5' 7" and weigh between 160 to 165. I have training for two years and not really sure if I want to go the powerlifting way or bodybuilding. When I started I weighed 130.

I am 22. Just recently I discovered plyo-metircs and love doing them.

how much rest do you get?? i would suggest taking a break, at least in the 4-6 week range to allow the ligaments and tendons to catch up with your strength..

power lifting, or bodybuilding are 2 different things, and we train and eat differently for each sport..

here's some advice that i always give and have trouble even myself following..

check your ego at the door when you get there..

    congrats and good luck

8 weeks and one solid week off is money. Make sure you don't squat and dead every week and I wouldn't do them in the same week either.

Are your lifts respectable? **** YES. But your height does make it much easier compared to the taller guys.

they seem like pretty decent lifts. i'm like 170, 18yo, and pretty much even on bench. like 250x3 or 4. i don't like maxing out with squats or dead lifts but those seem like dec numbers.

body building and power lifting are definitely two completely different roads. look at the 1000lb bench guy. he's strong, but would get laughed at at a body building show.
