11/11 Maximum Effort Sq/Dl
1. SSB Gm's off Pins: (narrow stance) 55x3x3, 155x3x3, 205x3, 245x1, 265x2 (Ties last week's belted PR only I doubled it), Put on Belt and moved my stance out to the inside edge of the rack: 295x1, 315x1 (Breaks all time PR by 15lbs), 335xMissx2
2. Lo Cable DL: 270x5, 270x3x8
3. Rev. Hypers: 330x4x12
4. Ab Wheel with Mini Band: 4x10

Hey ERMAN what are your comp lifts bro?? I mean it seems like our gym work lifts are about the same. Upset I don't know what I do on rev hyper nor a glute ham?????

Best Comp Lifts: 450 Sq (I am good for so much more if I can get my head screwed on right), 295, and 455.

NA j/m wit ya bro. We're bout the same range in lifts also.
ALTHOUGH I havn't gotten my ASS into a meet and now it seems like I won't for A WHILE. So i'll be the HIDDEN lifter for a while NO ONE WILL KNOW OF ME, UNTIL I get into another meet. just need the $$ and the time. I really hope to do one DEC14 but that's IFFY also since it's TOO CLOSE to final exams. And i'm already CRAPPIN in my classes.
