1. Three Board Press: 45x3x3, 135x2x3, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275xMiss, 265xMissx2, 255x1
Still need to find more leg drive and a better elbow position
2. JM Press: 135x3x8, 155x2x5
3. Press-Down's with a light band behind my back: 45x3x8
4. Chest Supported Rows: 145x3x8, 180x5, 180x2x3
5. Full Contact Twist: 45x2x10, 70x3x10

Hey ERMAN when you find that leg drive let me in on the secret.
I know what your sayin bout that bro, I've tried SOOO hard to get a leg drive and I get a ASS raise off the bench = RED LIGHT.
