Speed bench went well. Now both my shoulders hurt instead of just my right one. I decided to do some reps on the 4boards. really hate doing reps. I am good till I have to let my breath out, which is around 6-8 reps. Then I try to catch a new breath, but I can never get as tight. I don't usually do reps like that on board presses, just goofing around. The meet date is getting closer.
