11/13 speed bp
Speed Bench - Straight weight
185/3 x 4 sets (paused each rep)
205/3 x 4 sets (paused each rep)
4-Board Press
225/5, 315/3, 365/8, 405/1, 405/3, 315/14
Lat Pulldowns
5x10 (didn't pay attention to weight)
Rear Delt Machine
3x30
Notes:
Speed bench went well. Now both my shoulders hurt instead of just my right one. I decided to do some reps on the 4boards. really hate doing reps. I am good till I have to let my breath out, which is around 6-8 reps. Then I try to catch a new breath, but I can never get as tight. I don't usually do reps like that on board presses, just goofing around. The meet date is getting closer.

I just wanted to throw in some reps. Personally, I don't like doing more than 3 reps on most things. I got a nice little pump from it.

I gotcha for about a year now I havn't gone over 8 reps for anything UPSET abs which i'll do 5X10. That's it.
I might try that for an ME day just try and rep out my BW.
