legs?
could i stop working out legs (because i dont want them so big, they are already big) and still get the same overal strength gains in chest back shoulders ect. as if i did workout my legs and also size gains?

i know that doing them will raise my test levels but idk. i cant fit in my jeans anymore!

Stop lifting heavy on legs and do light super controlled squeezing reps.. Trey brewers biggest mistake was when he stopped training legs imo.. I think you'll be satisfied by doing slow controlled squeeze reps, 25+ reps for the lifts too... Cut back on the heavy squats and heavy leg presses because those build the most size... Since you're lucky enough to have great big legs work on them, i.e. get a good sweep, nice big tear drop, good seperation etc.

yeah i got the tear drop and i have a 500lb squat good fourm and go low. i just hate having big legs but i dont want to lose any strength on the rest of my body.
anyone else suggest lighter weight?

why would anyone hate having big legs?? i my legs are big and i love every minute of it. if you are a true strength training advocate, you wouldnt want to stop doing legs. keep doing them.
also train with lower reps. you wont gain size, you will get strong. dont train to failure. stay away from hypertropy and BBing like routines.

I can't wear jeans either dude, my thighs don't fit any more...I just bought more pairs of shorts. Keep squatting!
