11/17 Dynamic Bp (A little something different!)
1. Dynamic BP: Doubled Green'sx8x3 This was a bitch!
2. 4 Board Press: 135+Chocked and wrapped Green'sx2x8, 135+Chocked and wrapped Green'sx2x5 I focused on bringing the bar real low and did not arch or use leg drive
3. Superset:
3a. Rope Press Down's: 50x4x10
3b. Ez Bar Curls: 70x3x12
4. Chins: 4x5
5. High Pulls: 140x4x5
6. Side Bends: 140x4x4 Both sides
