    Video of me bench pressing

    There was a touch and go bench meet at my base here in iraq... It was the first time anybody had every recorded me lifting so i figured i would post for the board to see..

    I have gained 17 pounds (of fat) since getting to Iraq, so i'm heavier then i wanted to be, but the meet was kinda a last min thing and wanted to try.

    it wasn't a pretty lift, and my hamstrings locked up when i was pushing but i was happy that i got the wieght.

    485lbs, they are 20KG plates so its 44 instead of 45 pound plates
