1. Chain Suspended (Bar was 46" from floor) Gm's with a Buffalo Bar: 135x3x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 375x1 Beltless with a Narrow Stance, 405x1, 465x1, 495xMiss, 495x1 Everything above the 375 was done with a belt and a wider stance
2. Green Band Leg Curls: 2x15, 2x20
3. Pull-Thru's: 140x4x15
4. Roman Chair Sit-ups with Bands: Light Bandx1x12, Average Bandx3x10
