12/1 Dynamic BP
1. Dynamic BP: Doubled Average Bandsx8x3 with three different grips
2. Floor Press: 155x4x5 Tri's were really toasted after the dynamic work
3. Superset:
3a. Rope Push-Down's: 50x4x10
3b. EZ Bar Curl's: 70x4x12
4. Bent Rows: 175x4x8
5. Snatch Grip Hi-Pull's: 135x3x8 Felt really light today
6. Dog Sit-up's: 4x12
Total Time: 45 Minutes

what type of weight do you use with the average bands?

I was just using the bands and the bar. According to the pressure chart on the Jumpstretch site, a slip knotted pair of average bands adds, 75lbs to the bar at the lockout, I doubled them so they added 150lbs at the lockout. The combinded weight & band tension was 195lbs at the lockout, which is more than I was using with bar weight and doubled mini bands. It beat the hell out of me.

thats an interesting idea, something, i have never thought about trying, i will give it a try.

Why not wait till the experiement is over in a few weeks? After I test my max, I will post the results.

HELL NO! It has only been three weeks, and there will not be fourth! I am thinking I will drop down to Doubled Mini Bands and @40% bar weight.
