Best way to keep halo gains?

    Hi,

I'm wondering if you run 4 weeks of halo for strenght gains how would you best keep them. Would it be to run your test another 8 weeks or so?

    What do you all think?

This is assuming calories and PCT are good

    Thanks

Many strength gains, the androgen mediated nervous system effects, cannot be maintained. As for muscle gains just like any other AAS: effective PCT and cortisol control is key.

No, don't run the test like that... this is how you'd run it...

    test (weeks 1 - 12) @ dosage
    halo (weeks 10 - 14) @ 30 - 50mg ED
    PCT - after last pill

... or if you're on TRT just drop down to TRT dosage after last pill.

It'll make you savagely hard.. this stuff put me savagely on edge though. worse then tren in my opinion.

it defs gives you insane gains though, and hardens you up better then winstrol imo.

    hope that helps.
