    Just benched 400 for first time........

    Looking at all of the new faces I guess that most of you wont recognise me .......but those that do might remember that I was looking for a 400 bench this year. Well I just got it........for what it was worth it was done raw, but my lockout is weak so I figure that isn't even a factor.

    Just wanted to say thanks to all of those that gave me advice on form etc.
