Hey all. Just wanted to post a routine I did last year to bring my Deadlift up. It prolly seems insane but it worked awsome for me. My Deadlift went up over 100lbs in two months with it.
10,8 - Warm-Up
2x5,2x3 - Heavy
3x8 - Heavy
I spent like an hour Deadlifting a workout. I was basically dead after it all. Anyone ever tried a routine like that?
