Felt like someone cut a tight rubberband in my chest...
I was lifting yesturday, warmed up with about 3 sets, went to 315 on bench and on the 5th rep it felt like someone cut a rubber band in my left pec. Started to hurt. Its still quite sore today although I have full mobility with pain. Can you tear just a couple muscle fibers?
Not sure what happened but Im mid cycle so Im hopin that should help fix it up quickly

Could of injured some connective tissue, better keep an eye on it bro.
