I was lifting yesturday, warmed up with about 3 sets, went to 315 on bench and on the 5th rep it felt like someone cut a rubber band in my left pec. Started to hurt. Its still quite sore today although I have full mobility with pain. Can you tear just a couple muscle fibers?
Not sure what happened but Im mid cycle so Im hopin that should help fix it up quickly
